Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex is on the Hunt for Heroes: Tell Us Yours!

The way heroes are defined in the 21st Century is a focus of the new Heroes & Legends featuring the U.S. Astronaut Hall of Fame® attraction, scheduled to open at Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex on November 11, 2016.  In a never-done-before initiative designed to more fully engage the visitor in their experience, the public is being asked to submit a video about a hero that has inspired them. Select video submissions will be featured alongside NASA’s most famous astronauts and celebrity ambassadors.

Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex announces The Boeing Company as Title Sponsor for Heroes & Legends, featuring the U.S. Astronaut Hall of Fame®

Therrin Protze, chief operating officer of the Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex, today announced The Boeing Company as the title sponsor of the upcoming attraction Heroes & Legends, featuring the U.S. Astronaut Hall of Fame®. The news marks the first time in more than 50 years that the visitor complex has entered into an agreement with a corporate sponsor.
