Jeff Hess is the vice president of retail for Delaware North Companies, a global leader in hospitality and food service. With more than $2 billion in annual revenue and 55,000 employees, it is one of the largest privately held companies in the world.
Hess is responsible for the development of standards, processes, policies and measures for Delaware North’s entire retail function, which accounts for more than $250 million of the company’s annual revenue.
In his 18 years with the company, Hess has held such titles as director of retail and marketing, regional vice president of operations for Delaware North Sportservice and corporate director of quality assurance for GuestPath®, the company’s customer service program.
A native of Western New York, Hess was graduated by the University at Buffalo with a bachelor’s degree in communications and a concentration in public relations and advertising.
