Simon Dobson is managing director for Delaware North Companies in the United Kingdom, an operating division of U.S. based Delaware North Companies, a global leader in hospitality and food service. With more than $2 billion in annual revenue and 50,000 employees, it is one of the largest privately held companies in the world.
Among other accounts, Dobson helps the international division manage its impressive contracts with Wembley Stadium and Emirates Stadium in London. Delaware North holds a 25-year and 20-year contract with the venues, respectively.
Dobson has had an impressive career in the hospitality industry over the past 20 years. He has held numerous general manager positions. Dobson joined Delaware North in June 2004 and has leveraged his breadth of experience to help the company. Dobson is also affiliated to a number of leading industry bodies and is proud to be a guardian member of Hospitality Action, the UK’s leading industry charity and also to serve as a member of the charity’s London Board.
