"Today, in welcoming more than 200 Delaware North Companies executives and corporate partners to Buffalo from around North America for the company's hospitality summit, I noted our city's appreciation for Delaware North's enduring commitment in calling Buffalo its home for nearly 100 years. I also reaffirmed my strong support for Delaware North's selection by New York State as clearly the best developer and operator to transform the Aqueduct Racetrack into a world-class entertainment destination. I once again urge Gov. Paterson and legislative leaders to select this New York-based global hospitality company and its New York partners because of the tremendous benefits their proposal will bring to the residents of Queens and the state."
