Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex Announces New, Limited Time Menu Items from Celebrity Chef Duff Goldman

Visitors to Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex can now embark on a unique culinary journey, featuring menu favorites enhanced with celebrity chef Duff Goldman’s signature, out-of-this-world twists. These exclusive, limited-time, limited-edition items will be offered daily at both Orbit Cafe at the main visitor complex and Moon Rock Cafe at the Apollo/Saturn V Center, from Monday, November 4 through Sunday, December 15, 2024.

“Putting together this menu for Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex was a blast,” said Goldman. “Space and food are two things I’m super passionate about, so I wanted to make dishes that are fun, bold, and totally stellar. I hope visitors enjoy these cosmic-inspired bites as much as I enjoyed creating them!”

Guests are invited to taste these out-of-this-world flavors crafted by Duff, including:

  • Duff’s Mission Mac Burger – A bold cheeseburger topped with creamy mac and cheese and smoked bacon, available at Orbit Cafe.
  • Duff’s Cosmos Cupcake – A cookies and cream cupcake decorated with space-themed sprinkles, available at Orbit Cafe.
  • Duff’s BLT Blast-Off – A BLT on a pretzel bun with a spicy mayo kick, exclusively at Moon Rock Cafe.
  • Duff’s Space Cake – A vanilla cupcake with candy-coated chocolate “rocks,” adding a sweet, cosmic touch available at Moon Rock Cafe.

“Duff has been celebrating Taste of Space with us since 2022,” said Therrin Protze, chief operating officer, Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex. “We’re excited to expand our partnership to bring his savory and sweet flavors to more visitor complex guests this year through this limited-time menu. I’ll be first in line for the Mission Mac Burger on November 4.”

These unique dishes are available for purchase while supplies last, only Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex admission is required.

The prices for each can be found at the cafes. Moon Rock Cafe is located inside the Apollo/Saturn V Center and is accessible via the Kennedy Space Center Bus Tour.
